Q. What time does school open in the Morning?
A. 8:45 am
Q. What time is collection for the morning session?
A. Noon
Q. What time does School open in the afternoon?
A. 12:45
Q. What time is collection for the afternoon session?
A. 4:00 PM
Q. What time does Early Lunch start?
A. 11:45 AM
Q. What time does Lunch Bunch finish?
A. 3:15 PM
Q. What if I am running late to drop my child off?
A. We would ask that you call your Nursery School so that your child's teacher can be made aware.
Q. Someone different is collecting my child, what shall I do?
A. Please inform your Head Teacher who will give you a password for the person who is collecting?
Q. Will Marmalade Schools allow my child in the nursery if they have vomited or had diarrhoea at home? 
A. After 48 hours since the last episode, please also see the Sickness Policy.
Q. If my child has had a temperature when can they return to nursery?
A. 24 hours after the temperature had returned to normal.
Q. How do I ask to increase my child's attendance at Marmalade Schools?
A. Please email the office via marmaladeschools@gmail.com.
Q. How do the waitlists work?
A. Priority is given to children who already attend the nurseries, then to siblings.  We cannot guarantee places for siblings and all Registrations are processed on a first come first serve basis. The school will contact parents via email if a place becomes available.
Q. I want to reduce my sessions?
A. We ask that you send the Schools Office an email to marmaladeschools@gmail.com one term in advance.  All session requests must be made in writing.
Q. How do I withdraw my child from the School? 
A: My child will be leaving:

- Notice must be given by:At the end of the Autumn Term /The Start of the Autumn Term.

- At the end of the Spring Term/The Start of the Spring Term.

- At the end of the Summer Term/The Start of the Summer Term.
Q. Do you offer a sibling priority?
A. Yes, but we still recommend that you register as early as possible.  If you would like to register before you have had your baby, please write TBC where it asks for the first name and the due date where it asks for the date of birth.  Details should be sent soon after the birth please.  Please note that you must feel comfortable registering before birth.
Q. Can I pay with childcare vouchers?
A. Yes – we accept all major Childcare Vouchers and the government childcare vouchers.  Please contact the office to confirm we accept your companies vouchers.
Q. Are Summer School times the same as school hours?
A. Summer School is from 9am to 1pm and includes a hot lunch for all.
Q. Can I take my child out of school during the term time?
A. Yes but we kindly ask you inform the school via email.
